The questions before a booking are always the same
Anyone booking a hotel wants to know a few things first, and they are almost always the same. Is there parking and what does it cost? When can I check in? Can the dog come? Is breakfast included? How do I get there from the station?
The answers are usually somewhere on your website, just not where the guest is looking right now. So they write, and if nobody answers at 11 pm, they book through a portal that already answered the question, or another hotel. The AI answers exactly those questions, instantly and at any hour, and then shows the button to your booking engine.
What goes to reception, and how it arrives there
Not everything should be answered by the AI. Rooms for a wedding party, a late check-out on a full weekend, a guest with limited mobility who wants to know which room suits them: those are decisions, and reception makes them.
The AI recognises such requests and collects what reception needs first: dates, number of guests, the request, name and contact. The inbox then holds not half a message but a request you can answer straight away. Whoever is at reception sees at a glance what is waiting, and what the AI has already handled.
Several properties, one team
Many hosts have more than one property: a hotel and two holiday flats, three locations of a group, one place in the mountains and one by the lake. GoSupportIt keeps them properly apart, without the team needing three tools.
A chat per property
Every property has its own chat on its own website, in its own branding.
Knowledge per property
The car park in the mountains is not the one by the lake. Every property has its own knowledge, so the AI mixes nothing up.
One team, all requests
The team sees the requests from every property in one place and knows for each where it came from.
English yes, French and Italian not yet
Hotels in Switzerland have international guests, and they rarely write in German. The chat interface exists in German and English today, which covers a large share of enquiries.
French and Italian are not included yet. For a property in Romandy or Ticino that is a real gap, and we tell you so before the setup, not after. For a property in German-speaking Switzerland with many guests from abroad, German and English is usually what it needs.

This runs on GoSupportIt
GoSupportIt is a product of Digital Vibes GmbH, which is us. The chat on this website runs on it too. We set it up for you and tune it.
- Website chat, contact form, Gmail and API in one inbox
- Per channel: AI off, suggest or autopilot
- Whatever needs a decision lands with you, details included

More direct bookings take more than a chat
The chat answers the question that would otherwise send guests to a portal. Getting them onto your site at all, and booking there directly, takes a website that convinces and campaigns that bring them there. We do both of those too.
AI Customer Support
Website chat, contact form and Gmail in one inbox. The AI answers or suggests, you decide. We set it up.

No, and it is not meant to. Bookings happen through your booking engine, and the AI shows the link as a button. Requests that do not fit the booking engine, such as groups, it prepares for reception.
No. GoSupportIt is not connected to your hotel system and does not know your availability. If someone asks about a specific date, the AI points to the booking engine or collects the details for reception.
Whatever changes often, such as seasonal dates, parking prices or the restaurant's opening hours, sits as a fixed rule and is updated in a minute. The rest the AI reads from your website. If the website is right, so are the answers.
