This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (US/EU regions depending on configuration). When you visit the site, Vercel processes technical connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser and device information) to keep the site secure and performant.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / overriding interest under the Swiss FADP).

Strictly necessary cookies or local storage are used to operate the website and remember your language and analytics choices.

After you consent, Google Analytics may set the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>. They statistically distinguish visitors and sessions. Google states a standard lifetime of up to two years. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

DataFast: We use DataFast (datafa.st) for privacy-friendly analytics, including page views, referrer, coarse location, device class and selected interactions. DataFast is cookieless and uses no cross-device identifiers. It loads independently of your cookie choice. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of website use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / overriding interest under the Swiss FADP).

Google Analytics: With your explicit consent, we load Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited. Information about viewed pages, usage, browser, device and coarse location may be processed and sent to Google. Google states that it does not log or store IP addresses of users in the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. We disable Google signals and advertising personalisation in our integration. Google Analytics remains fully blocked until you consent. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 31 FADP). You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings”.

When you use our contact form we process the data you submit:

• Name • Email address • Phone number (optional) • Message

Purpose: handling your enquiry and related communication. Legal basis: contract or pre-contractual steps and/or your consent (checkbox on the form).

Form messages are sent via Resend (email provider). Resend processes the message and contact details as a processor so we can deliver them to our inbox (team@dibe.agency).

A copy of every enquiry also goes to GoSupportIt (gosupport.it), our support inbox. There we sort enquiries and answer them, partly with the help of AI. GoSupportIt processes the data as a processor.

We do not pass data to third parties for advertising. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet any legal retention duties.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you send in order to reply. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; when you open the WhatsApp link, Meta/WhatsApp’s privacy terms also apply.

Website chat: Our website offers a chat provided by GoSupportIt (gosupport.it). The chat loads on every page, which sends technically necessary data such as your IP address and browser details to GoSupportIt, and the chat may store in your browser which conversation belongs to you. When you write, we process your messages and anything you share in them. Replies are written by an AI first; our team takes over requests it cannot resolve itself. GoSupportIt processes the data as a processor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions quickly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / overriding interest under the Swiss FADP) and, once you make an enquiry, pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.

Fonts are self-hosted via next/font and are not loaded from Google servers. We do not load social plugins or embedded maps by default. External media (e.g. videos) are only embedded in a privacy-friendly way or after you interact.

We store personal data only as long as needed for the purpose at hand or as required by law. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

Depending on applicable law you have the right to:

• Access your stored data • Rectify inaccurate data • Erase your data • Restrict processing • Object to processing • Withdraw consent (without affecting lawfulness before withdrawal) • Data portability where applicable
