01

A decision nobody makes on impulse

People who emigrate spend months searching before they contact anyone. They do not search for "relocation agency", they search for "digital nomad visa Spain", "residence permit Serbia sole proprietor" or "passeport talent France". Each of those is its own question, with its own deadlines, costs and requirements.

A homepage saying "we help you with your move" answers none of them. It appears in none of those searches, and anyone who lands on it anyway cannot tell whether their case is covered. That was the job: turn a consultancy that lives on trust into a website that builds that trust before the first conversation happens.

02

One country, one programme, one page

The site is built as a tree rather than a brochure. The residence-permit overview on top, a page per country underneath it, France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Serbia and Montenegro, and a page per programme below that: digital nomad, language courses, company formation, passeport talent, sole proprietorship.

That gives every search a target of its own. Someone searching for the Spanish digital nomad visa lands on a page about exactly that, not on a country page brushing past seven programmes at once. Alongside it sit a cost estimator that turns a few inputs into a realistic range, a page of success stories from real clients, and an area for companies relocating their staff. 42 pages in total, each findable on its own.

Three languages, none of them a translation

Savali’s clients search in English, Russian and Spanish. So the site exists three times in full, rather than once properly and twice as an afterthought: 42 pages times three languages, 126 URLs, each with its own language references so Google shows a Russian-speaking searcher the Russian version and not an English one with a translate button.

The expensive part is never the language switcher, it is the copy. A version meant to rank uses the terms actually searched in that language, and those rarely map one to one. The blog runs on a CMS so the team writes and publishes new posts themselves, without going through us.

04

What actually triggers an enquiry

For a move abroad the hurdle is not the price, it is the fear of trusting the wrong people. So the site carries everything a prospect checks before writing: who is on the team, with faces, which guarantees apply, roughly what a case costs, and what earlier clients say, including videos where they say it themselves.

The contact point sits where those questions have just been answered rather than only at the foot of the page, and leads straight into WhatsApp or Telegram, because that is where the advising happens anyway. The free first consultation is the only call to action on the entire site, so nothing competes with it.

05

From click to chat, and back to the source

Savali advises in conversation, not through a form. So the contact point does not lead into an inbox but straight into WhatsApp or the Telegram bot, where the advising happens anyway.

Every route in carries its own identifier. The English site, the Russian site, an influencer pointing at Savali, a single guide: each entry point has its own start parameter in the link. The bot therefore knows at the first hello where the lead came from and which language to greet them in, with no tracking pixel and without anyone having to ask how you found us.

That is what makes influencer marketing measurable: you can see which channel produces conversations rather than just clicks. What follows runs through the sales funnel and the CRM connection, so no enquiry is left sitting in a chat thread.
